- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm really very happy with Brentknoll. The staff have been more than helpful, and the atmosphere when you walk in is lovely - everyone is very friendly. Loving what has been done to the reception - simple things like a separate seating area for dogs and cats is genius! The vets have been great too - nothing but supportive, thorough, and caring. I have two cats. One recently hurt her leg, and I went in at short notice on a Sunday and they really did a thorough job of checking her out - nothing obvious so a sprain or similar. I also don't see very well and the staff were very helpful in showing me what I needed to do to give her the medication she needed. So many plusses, no negatives as yet. I love the fact that they have so many facilities to treat everything - including a swimming pool (obviously for the animals!).by Dan ThompsonNovember 27, 2017
